Should you <edit copy> this Mail/FAX Order Form into an Internet E-Mail message, please do not list your credit card number. We will call you for your credit card number.

Sales Terms
All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars. All prices and/or terms of sale are subject to change without notice. Should the price on your submitted order form be different from our currently listed price, you will be notified and given the opportunity to cancel your order prior to shipping. The sale price for any product shall be the price in effect the day the customer's order is accepted and the product is shipped. All sales are final. We are not responsible for any damages or inconveniences caused by a back order situation or unavailability of product from a manufacturer, any strike action, or transportation disruptions.

Payment
All orders are accepted with pre-payment by check, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. We reserve the right to hold shipment until checks clear our's and the customer's bank and funds are posted to our financial institution account.

Warranties
All warranties are serviced by the respective equipment or product manufacturer, and are subject to the terms stated by the manufacturer.

Shipping, Shipping Charges and Claims
Appropriate shipping and insurance charges will be added to each order. Most orders are filled and shipped within 24 - 72 hours of receipt. We use Standard UPS GroundTrac service. Expedited or next day shipping services are available at additional cost. It is the customers responsibility to file any and all freight transportation damage claims with the appropriate carrier.

Taxes
We add no sales tax charges. Payment of sales taxes (if any) due to the customer's domicile governing entity is the responsibility of the customer.
